Fit214 is a small group personal training gym located on the Katy Trail. Workouts are an intense mix of strength training, aerobic conditioning, speed training and more. We turn our trainees into lean, healthy and well-rounded athletes in just 3 1-hour sessions per week. Our training is not for everyone. Workouts are demanding both physically and mentally. We have trainees who are competitive athletes, college students, CEOs and more. The one thing they have in common is a willingness to be pushed to their limits.
